I have been a health nut since high school and eating a ton of turkey has given me the tools to become a health nut. My mom used to make turkey sandwiches that I could eat like a turkey burger, or I could eat them like a turkey breast. I ate turkey breast once, but it was gross. It was so bad I would have to eat it again and again. I would have to kill it to get it to taste good.
