In a world where we sometimes have to face the fact that our eating habits can be so deeply embedded in our physiology, it’s nice to know that there are other ways to experience food that don’t involve the same level of self-awareness. I like to eat this way because it’s comfortable to do it, it’s quick, it’s simple, and it’s a simple way to incorporate delicious fresh ingredients into my plate.
