I’m not a big fan of eating mangoes unless I’m really, really hungry. Once I tried it and it didn’t turn out like I thought it would. I’ve had them from the beginning of my life and I’m so glad that I didn’t eat them when I was a kid. I think that a lot of people who are sensitive to mangoes in general don’t realize just how much they can affect their lives.

So mangoes have a lot of calories, and mangoes are full of antioxidants. Plus they are super low on sugar. They can actually be good for you, and if you eat them, you can get a lot of your day’s calories from them. They are also high in fiber, which helps you feel full and keep you from overeating.
