This sous vide turkey tenderloin is a quick and easy preparation that doesn’t require any cooking. The result is a tender, juicy, flavorful meat that is perfect for the table.

This method is the very same as the sous vide method for cooking steak, but with meat instead of water. The meat is cooked in the sous vide method for about 4 hours, then sliced into thin slices and cooked to perfection. It comes out of the oven slightly crunchy (like a steak should be) but still moist and tender.

I love this method! I’ve had this recipe for a while and I have never been disappointed.

The best part about this recipe is the fact that the meat is done after 20 minutes. You can actually tell it’s ready when you get a big piece in your mouth.
