If you are looking for a vegetable that is incredibly nutrient dense, and works its way into your diet, then go for purple bok choy. It has about 20 times the potassium and fiber of a regular kabocha squash. Additionally, purple bok choy is one of the most nutritious vegetables you can find.

Some people are afraid of purple bok choy because they think the color might be too shocking, but I have a hard time seeing that as a big problem. It’s a beautiful vegetable that is a staple in my kitchen. It tastes great too, which is probably the best reason to include it in your diet. It’s very easy to cook too and has almost no sodium of any kind.

As a matter of fact, there is no reason to fear purple bok choy. The color has no real significance to the overall taste of the vegetable, and its high-fiber content is only what makes it a great source of fiber. Its only bad thing is that it requires a lot of water as well as some salt, but that’s not as bad as it sounds.

It’s also great for breakfast. If you are trying to eat healthy, this is another easy way to get your daily dose of fiber.

To make this vegetable a more healthy option, however, you’ll need to add more fiber, water, and salt. I think I’m going to add more water.

And then you’d also want to add a few more veggies. Its hard to find enough green veggies in the grocery store these days. If you want to go green, this is a great vegetable to try.

This is the first time I’ve seen purple bok choy. It looks like pretty much any other bok choy you have on your plate. I can’t help but wonder though, maybe its just too green.

Thats a good point. Purple bok choy is usually green, but with this addition of water to the dish it looks like a bit of purple.

If youre looking for a vegetable that looks like a bok choy (i.e. not a bok choy), you are going to want to add more water. But if you want to add the water and still have a green vegetable, add more water.

Purple bok choy, however, has other benefits too. Add more water and you can put the dish in a pot of boiling water and then bring it to a boil. After boiling for about 10-15 seconds, take the dish out and then put it back in for another 10 seconds. Once you have a second dish in the pot, bring the water back down to boiling and then take it off and put it back in for another 10 seconds.
