Its like a vanilla cake with a chocolate glaze on top. Its not as thick and rich as a cake, but it is still not the dense and fluffy chocolate cake that you get in a chocolate cake.
It is almost like a cake, but without the cake. And that, is why I like it so much. I get the idea that oat milk chocolate pudding and chocolate cake are similar, but the pudding has the taste and texture of a cake without being so thick and chocolaty.
As for the chocolate glaze, it’s actually made out of oats and milk chocolate. The milk chocolate is very rich, but not that sweet. It also has a slight hint of vanilla, which is a nice touch. You can certainly make a chocolate cake out of it, but you can also make a chocolate pudding.
