I’m not sure if I like macarons or not, but these are definitely some delicious almond-topped snacks. And they’re not just for making almond tart. They’re also a great way to use leftover almond paste. I’m not sure why almond paste is so popular, but it sure does taste good, and you can make a great almond tart using it too. You could even make them into the best “cracker” tart ever with almond and chocolate.
