That said, I think good grits are good and I think they are a healthy food. But, I also think they are a recipe that needs to be improved. Corn flour is not good for you.

The problem is that good grits are hard to find, and the only good ways to get them are either to buy them online (which can be a bit confusing) or to buy them at a store that sells them. You can find them in the grocery store, but its not easy to find them.

It is easier to just buy grits at your local grocery store, but I think you have to be careful if you order them online in the first place. They tend to be a bit chalky, which can be a bit annoying if you don’t like chalky grits. But, if you can find them at a grocery store, I think you’re much more likely to enjoy them.

I love grits. I just love them. But, I think they are a bit bland. I think grits are a bit bland because they are usually just seasoned with salt and pepper, but you can actually make them a bit more interesting by adding spices and some sort of meat in them. You can also add some sort of meat in them if you want a bit of a dish that will stand out.
