In this guide, I will show you how I make my own Japanese fried rice.
You can either make your own by following the recipe, or you can get it delivered in the fridge from the grocery store. It’s a very easy recipe to follow, and if you make your own you can use whatever ingredients you like. I usually get white rice and other ingredients from the grocery store, but if you don’t have white rice in your fridge, this could be really good.

If you’re making your own sushi, you can use sushi rice, but I prefer to use white rice. I use white rice because it has less sodium and because my sushi chef is a Japanese man.
So then if you dont eat sushi, how do you make rice that tastes like Japanese? Well, I have a recipe for that. It’s rice, vinegar, salt, and soy sauce. I don’t think you need to add the fish or anything. Just mix everything together and toss it in your rice. If you want to add a bit of soy sauce, that’s fine. Just make sure it’s a good soy sauce.
As for the vinegar, I just use apple cider vinegar in the amount you need to get the rice to the right consistency. The rice is best if it’s well cooked, but if you cook it on the stove top it will still be very loose. If you use rice that’s too cold, it’s going to be tough to bite through.
