This curry chicken wing recipe is one of my favorites for when I want to make a quick side for a vegetarian dinner. You can add other ingredients to make it even more of a meal.
It could very easily be a recipe for a meal for one, so you can even enjoy a meal with a group of people. But since it’s a meal for two, I would take the recipe and replace the leftovers with something tasty and healthy that’s easy to do in a pinch.
You can use either meat or fish for this recipe. My fish recipe is a bit of a cheat because I used chicken breast instead of the thigh of a chicken breast. The recipe for meat would be very similar, if not simpler. I do recommend adding a bit of onion or other vegetables to the recipe, though. The recipe calls for a lot of ingredients and cooking time, so you can make this recipe in the crockpot or slow cooker.
