As someone who has eaten broccoli, I would like to tell you that this is the most overrated food on the planet. The truth is, broccoli is much better for you than most people would like you to believe. It is one of the healthiest vegetables you can eat, and is a good source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

The problem is that most people think they need to eat broccoli to be healthy! It’s not just a myth, it’s a lie. That’s because broccoli, just like junk food, is not necessarily good for you. It’s just a big ol’ list of crap that contains mostly processed sugars. No one can really tell you the difference between a vegetable and a cereal bar. The truth is, you might not want to eat broccoli, but there’s no reason to eat it.

The problem is that we like to eat everything. We like to have a bowl of cereal and a bowl of soup on hand. But when most people think of the things they like, they think of the more processed foods that contain more sugar. It’s not broccoli that we’re after, its the processed sugar.

When people think of “sugar,” most of them think of the stuff that we put in our sugar. But there are many different kinds of sugar. Its easy to find a food label that says “sugar” but that doesn’t mean you need to eat some of it. Its also easy to find a food label that says something like “sugar” and some other brand name that says something like “chocolate”.

For most people, sugar is a very simple substance. People who think they need to add some sugar to their diet most of the time really just want to have a candy bar. But you can have a lot of those things. Its not like people who eat processed foods are really not eating anything. I mean, their not even eating the actual stuff. They just do what their friends do, which is to buy a huge container of processed food that they think is gonna taste good.
