This dish is one of my favorites because it is simple to make and the flavors are wonderful. The lamb is tender and moist, and the sweet honey sauce is the perfect complement to the lamb.
If you can’t tell, I’m a big fan of lamb dishes, especially in combination with creamy white sauces. For many restaurants, lamb is the meat of choice (or at least, is the default choice for a lot of dishes) but some folks don’t care for that and prefer more “meaty” dishes. I prefer lamb dishes with lots of rich, meaty flavors that give off an earthy, earthy scent.
The lamb here is not that well done but the flavors are fantastic. The lamb is a bit tougher than I expected, but that is to be expected because of the sweet honey sauce. The lamb is also quite moist and tender.
This is a nice dish to have on your regular dinner table. It’s nice to know that there are some folks out there who enjoy lamb chops and that there is at least one person out there who enjoys lamb dishes. It’s nice to know that there are also some folks out there who actually like lamb. I know I do.
As a vegetarian, I didn’t think of lamb as much of an option to eat.
