My friend Kate is one of the most fabulous bloggers that blogs about everything that is down small batch baking. She has a new blog launching soon that will have fun recipes that are as easy as pulling a little food from the fridge or freezer and putting it together in a cute little container.

Kate’s new blog is called Down Smallbatch and she will be creating recipes that are only around two ingredients, and it will be easy to cook up for the holidays or even just a gathering at your house. It’s just a fun little recipe roundup blog that I think she will do well with.

I’m sure one in particular I’d like to try and whip up is a little gingerbread house with a gingerbread dog. I’m not sure if she’ll work for the holidays though because she wants to bake all year long and also seems to have a little bit of a penchant for gingerbread.

The idea is that down smallbatch baking is like an on-demand grocery store, all you have to do is make things up and then bring them home. One of the main reasons why people go into baking is because they like the variety of flavors and ingredients. In the new blog, she has recipes for cookies, cupcakes, and more. I’m a big fan of the cookies, cupcakes, and gingerbread houses. I think the recipes will be pretty good.

A really interesting podcast/site that I’m really excited about is my new podcast. It’s called down smallbatch baker. It’s a podcast that I put together of all things baking. It’s a fun time that I personally love.

It’s not as much of an experiment as many of my other podcasts, but it does provide a good way to get into the world of podcasting, and a way to get around the occasional dead end of iTunes.

Its called down smallbatch baker because it gives me a chance to get baking all over the place. I love experimenting with different flavors and dishes. I also love cooking, so its a great way to get cooking all over the place and just enjoy the process.

It is a fun experiment. But it also creates a number of issues. I have to keep my oven very clean, so I have to spend some time cleaning up after myself before I start cooking. I don’t want to get in the habit of baking bread by accident, so I am avoiding the temptation to go too many recipes.
