These crab croquettes are a must in the summertime. My husband and I have been making these croquettes for years and they always have the same effect. We get them on the grill in the summer and then enjoy them with a glass of wine.

I am not a fan of crab croquettes. I don’t like the taste, and I have never understood the appeal of eating a live crab. However, I am always happy to do it if someone else likes it.
