After I baked my chocolate chip cookies, I decided to use them as a base for a few other cookies I made. I wanted to make chocolate chip cookies that were just as good as them, but healthier. I also wanted to use the sugar as a sweetener, so I knew sugar wouldn’t be a problem. I figured that by using whole eggs, I would keep things healthier, and I was right.
