I had a chicken roasting rack years ago and it was a mess. I’m still not sure how this was made, but I’m pretty sure it is not from scratch. The instructions for making this rack say to set the rack upside down on a rack, brush corn with butter, then brush the rack with egg wash, which I imagine was a pain in the ass.
