The key to making a good francese is having a really good understanding of what a good francese is. Its not a pasta you can use in your pasta machine, it’s a pasta that’s made with chicken that’s cooked in a very easy to control way.
As the recipe notes, the frusciante that you use is the chicken in the broth. When you add the flour to the chicken broth, it’s not that easy to add it without making a mess. Add the flour to the broth, then pour the broth into a large soup pot and add the chicken broth. When that’s done, add the pasta, and stir it all until it’s all coated with flour.
To make it even easier, this is a recipe that I have been eating for years, since my daughter was a baby. It’s a great way to make something truly delicious all the time, and it can be made in less than 2 minutes.
