We eat chicken twice a week, so it’s no surprise that our bodies are always on the lookout for better ways to do that. There are of course many different methods, from eating other types of chicken, to making the chicken into a soup, to frying it.
We have tried all of these ways and they aren’t very effective, but the fact is we still haven’t figured out a way to get chicken that actually works for us. We have chicken soup, chicken salad, and chicken sandwiches, but we can’t seem to find a good method to make chicken that actually tastes good.
Thats actually why we’re here. To talk about chicken soup. We think chicken soup is the next big thing after chicken nuggets. But we’re not sure what other kinds of chicken soup are out there. We’ve tried chicken jambalaya, chicken chili, and chicken and pasta soup, but none of these are very good. So we decided to check the scientific literature.
The first scientific paper that came up was “The Effect of Chicken Soup on Lipids” in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition. The study was done on people who consumed different amounts of chicken soup. They found that consuming the soup more than usual caused a decrease in cholesterol and a reduction in triglycerides. The scientists also say that eating the chicken soup was responsible for the increased amount of HDL cholesterol.
I know the cholesterol is bad for humans, but I’m not sure if that’s the whole story. It’s possible that chicken soup is just a super-easy way of getting more of that good cholesterol into our system, making us feel better at the same time. Maybe we need to eat chicken soup after all.
You have to remember that eating soup is not a bad thing. It’s just not something we do all that often. The soup you should be feeding your family is the type that’s made without any added sugar and contains lots of veggies. The chicken soup is a type of chicken you get in big meaty packages. That’s another reason why we shouldn’t be eating it all the time.
So how do we make sure we get enough veggies in our soup? You might not know it, but soup is basically a liquid food. That means that it’s loaded with nutrients and fiber. As such, if you don’t eat enough veggies, you’re going to feel terrible.
