I’m not sure where this is coming from, but I’ve noticed that I’m eating more pasta and having less pasta eating than I did before. I think the main reason is that I’m eating much more pasta, but I don’t feel as full.

I had a friend who just started making pasta. After a bit of research I learned that pasta can actually increase the feeling of fullness. I just cant seem to get the hang of the idea of eating pasta.

This is a real problem for me. Ive been eating pasta for years, and Ive always felt full because I didnt feel like I had any empty space in my stomach. Ive never been able to stick to a consistent pasta diet, so I have no idea what Im doing wrong. I have a theory that Im eating pasta because Im having a hard time sticking to my original post-workout pasta diet.

So, basically, you are either eating your own food or eating other people’s food. However, a lot of people who are not going to eat their own food are going to eat other people’s food, like you may be eating your own pasta and bread or you may be eating your own pizza.
