I just made these delicious shortbread cookies using just almonds and sugar.

The cookies were super easy to make and even better tasting because of the natural sweetness of the almonds.

I also like using sugar in my desserts. I use it both to sweeten up my desserts and to help with the overall texture and flavor.

Because of the nature of the cookies, I don’t recommend using any other sweeteners. I used just sugar and almond extract. The natural sweetness of the almonds really helps the cookies balance each other out and make them seem as though they’re baked from scratch.

To me, caramelized almonds are the best cookies ever. Its just an awesome texture, and they taste like theyve been baked in a stone oven. I would happily eat these all day long.
