I have been cooking pasta for nearly thirty years, and even though I don’t typically eat pasta out of a can anymore, I still think of it that way. I have a special place in my heart for classic Italian food, and I remember the taste of fresh pasta as if it were yesterday. I’ll never forget the taste of homemade, hand-made pasta.
I love pasta, and I love the way it looks, but I have to admit I have a few problems with the way it looks. The first is that I could care less. I like the way it looks, plus I love the fact that I can cook it. But I have been known to use it as a tool for cooking.

If you’re lucky enough to be a pasta-loving Italian, there is one word that you should memorize, ‘pesto.’ It’s the secret sauce that makes your pasta taste Italian. It’s the sauce that Italians put on their pasta dishes just before they eat them.
While the Italians love their pesto, the Italians are also so lazy that they dont have time. Why do you think they use so many knives and forks, you might ask? Well, because that way they can do all the cutting and chopping on their plates. The Italians do not want to be distracted. They want to just sit there, eat, and have time to think about their food.
So we have to figure out how to make pasta more appealing to Italians. In doing so, we also have to figure out how to make people eat better. So, because Italians only use knives and forks when they eat, then we have to figure out how to make pasta taste better.
We decided to use the pasta machine at our local Costco to see what we can do to improve the taste of our pasta. The machine makes a spaghetti carbonara. It takes two different types of pasta: spaghetti and a fettuccine. We used the spaghetti and fettuccine to make a spaghetti carbonara. We gave it about a half hour to poach down, then we mixed it all together. We then let it sit for half an hour, then served it up.
This recipe is about half-and-half pasta and half spaghetti. That’s how we ended up with our spaghetti carbonara. It’s about as good as it can be, but not quite as good as we would like it to be.
