This recipe is a family favorite. The secret to the sauce is a couple of things: The tomatoes cook in a little oil that I put on top of a few seconds before I add the chicken. The garlic helps the sauce flavor the chicken as well.

So, you know what to do. I would suggest making the sauce first so you can measure it in the order you want it to be. Then you can put it on the chicken and cook it as you normally would.
