The Anatomy of a Great 150 hour chocolate cake
To be quite honest, I am a sucker for chocolate cake. I love these sweet treats because they are so simple to make. I get all the ingredients, add in the chocolate and vanilla, and it comes out delicious.

But this can also be a good recipe to have on hand for an afternoon snack. When I am having a good time, I like to have a bag of almonds handy to sprinkle on the top of the cake, or to put in the icing so that it doesnt get too soft.

I think its safe to say that if you have a sweet tooth like I do, you would be hard pressed to find a cake that isnt really good for you when you first try it. Ive been making this recipe for almost a month now and its still amazing. Its a lot of work but its worth it. You can really do anything with chocolate when you let it melt in your mouth.
